HR Resources

Whether you are an assistant, a recruiter, a generalist, a benefits coordinator, or a director working in Human Resources is a tough and often complicated job. Recognizing this we have put together a list of resources that might help you in your day-to-day work. For purposes of simplicity we have divided these resources up into four areas HR, Business, Government, and Recruitment, which you can access by clicking the corresponding link above.

HR resources is a compilation of sites and tools that are relevant specifically to the HR field, like SHRM for example. However, within these pages you will also likely find information on best hiring practices, training programs, and even employment law.

Business resources focuses more on the business side of HR, like information about your local chambers. While the focus is more on the business side of things you may find other great information about networking opportunities, tax credits, recruitment strategies, and ways to lower business costs.

Government resources goes without saying. Every HR professional needs to make sure the company is in compliance with federal and state employment laws. We created this page as a resource to various government agencies that might be useful in your work.

Recruitment whether the economy is up or down recruitment is always on the HR professional's radar. In this section we have compiled some recruitment resources ranging from very general to diversity focused. Hopefully you will find them useful.
